I am so sorry this happened to me. Please don't let anyone pressure you and make you feel badly about who you are. You are beautiful and wonderful and very brave to take the steps to make your body match who you truly are inside. Jehovah's Witnesses will not understand. Move towards people who do. We are out here.
My brother David is transgender and is becoming Sarah. He was a pastor in the Baptist church. They have rejected Sarah and tell her she is going to hell if she does not change herself, quick, back to David. It has really opened her eyes. I can say that she has been much sweeter and reached out and been closer to me since she told me and she came to visit me. I found out we use the same cosmetics and have a lot more in common than we did when she was my brother. She tried to kill herself several times before the first surgery. She has only had one. Now she wants to live!
Go out and live! Hold your pretty head high. Be true to who you are.

Your "friend" is controlled by a cult. Don't take it too personally, all JWs are eagerly awaiting the day when all non-JWs will be smashed in the head by falling rocks. Hang around a nutty CO and he'll explain how even "low hour" JWs or a kid that sneaks a look at porn will be slaughtered and eaten by birds.

Honey unless getting constantly treated like crap is your thing, then take heed of all of these red flags you are getting from JWs. Their treatment of you will never get better. Find you a nice welcoming church where you will be accepted as is. I went to a Unitarian church where the visiting pastor was transgendered. The people could not have been more nice & accepting. I feel for all GLBT people in the org. No matter how hard you try, you will never measure up in the eyes of JWs.

Mariemcg, we had a bible study in a similar situation to yours in my congregation in Hobart, Tasmania. The official word was that they could never be considered a JW unless they went back to being a man. I would recommend you move on and stop risking more hurt from that cult. You already seem aware that it is not the truth, so why hang out with people that will never accept you for who you are.
