  I loved Space 1999 too. I own the DVD's of lots of that series. Great stories. Cheesy special effects but great stories. And better acting in those days I reckon. Slower, more dramatic serious acting and mature, shakespearean style actors. Not Beverly Hills 90210, Models Inc vamp crap like you have now.
