No....he wasn't sentenced to death for NOT murdering someone. He was sentenced to death for his responsibility inthe conspiracy. He was held legally accountable for his role.
Yes, and that accountability gave him the higest sentence of the three people sentenced. His responsibility in the matter MADE him the TRUE murderer.

Well, crap, I'm late to the party again....
So, the only way to protect "wimmin" was to keep them barefoot and preggers???
Yeah, that works - for a primitive Middle-Eastern male-dominated society that still believed that illnesses were caused by unclean spirits and demons...
I think AGuest is on too many pain meds...
The murderer was Todd Garton, in the trailer park with manipulation. The actual event that took place was that Norman Daniels pulled the trigger, Garton was the brains, Daniels was the finger.

Thats why I never wear a condom.... get em pregnant its better for them... according to St. Paul.....
Intelligence its overrated.
OK. You said he was convicted of NOT murdering someone. You are contradicting yourself and making no sense. Starting to sound like God, actually. YOU AM WHAT YOU AM?
I never, ever read or heard such an assertion. Has anyone else heard this formulation before? I doubt Paul could have meant that pregnancy would keep anyone safe. Pregnant women and women with children are very vulnerable in numerous ways compared to nonpregnant women or women with no small children. I note that during WWII, pregnancy did not safe either Jews or JWs. I doubt if pregnant gypsies or other groups were spared b/c of pregnancy. As a matter of fact, a pregnancy is a visible sign of how women differ from men. Men are often jealous that women are so directly a part of bringing children into the world. The tummy can be a huge trigger for domestic violence. Many cases of cerebral palsy are caused by men kicking women in the abdomen.
Did the JWs assert this? I am curious as to how original this is. Weak men love women barefoot and pregnant. Know your place. This is why birth control's modern availabiity changed society so much. Roe v. Wade, a woman's right to bodily integrity, is controversial b/c deeper issues exist besides abortion.

[face/palm slap]
Why, oh why, do these idiots keep forgetting about LILLITH????
Jesus said - woe to the pregnant woman at that time
Shelby said Paul said - She will be safer if she is pregnant
