DonutZ, all you can do is get them to stop and that's even REALLY hard, but worth the effort. I know it's maddening the type of power that Watchtower leaders have, but do you know the odds of surviving a direct assault on an Imperial Star Destroyer?

If you want to avoid disfellowshipping, you might be able to "fade". If you want to try that, it would help if you and your wife were working on it together. The biggest key to a successful fade is to fall off their radar. I would completely ignore the facebook thing...later she can claim that she doesn't check her page regularly and didn't see it. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Use caller ID. Don't go to meetings. Check out the window before you open your door. If this is the way you want to go, keep your head down and let us know...there's lots of experience here.

Welcome to the board! I am so sorry that your introduction to the board has occurred while you are under such duress...
As 3rdGen and Rebel8 said, if the elder actually "hacked" your wife's FaceBook account, then they should be held liable for their [potentially illegal] actions...
However, there is another possibility...
It is possible [I HATE mentioning this, but...] that your wife said too much to someone - an elder, or someone who went running to an elder and blabbed all about you and your wife's pre-marital activities...
And the whole "hacked my FaceBook account" might be a cover-up...
On the other hand, if you can show that they DEFINITELY hacked her account, then THEY are probably looking at criminal charges.
Keep track of any and all evidence, and I hope that you are successful in getting the elders and their "kangaroo court" to back off...
