wha happened? im sorry but its true I read it in a publication on a research article. Maybe not true in ur case or situation. I referenced it in a paper i wrote myself. It doesnt mean it applys to all cases or families or situations just on average.

WH.. it's the same here. Eastern Europeans are highly educated, they just don't have the opportunities in their home countries. Why shouldn't they want a better life for themselves?
