Phallic symbolism is especially strange. Cultures all over the world seem to have decided on the erect penis with two orbs below as a symbol of procreation! Uncanny! There were no telephones or satellite communications back then! WTF?
And the symbols of big breasted women with bulbus buttocks representing fertility have shown up in centuries old figurines and cave drawings that are centuries old and in remote cultures that did not even have black berries.!(or dingleberries)
I tell you, it makes you think!

Becks - It was "Northumberland's Hidden History" by Stan Beckensall.
It has given me some ideas for a few more places around here that I want to see.
