Good point - I never thought of that. If only the annointed are to partake, and they alone are in communion with Christ, why do the Other Sheep have to attend? Probably in no small part due to the awkward situation of an empty KH with a bunch of organic wine and matzo bread sitting around. I should have made the argument that since the annointed represented me through Christ, then I should have been able to phone that one in. Have a good time Brother Annointed, let me know how it goes.

It’s just sad really. Everything the Witnesses do is just boring, hum-drum, devoid of meaning beyond the moment- the meetings are just classes in instruction, and like a school- nothing has any greater meaning. Even the Bible is reduced to being an instruction manual that must be followed to the verse.

And then the Memorial comes around…. the ritual….the symbolic meaning attached to the bread & wine….being part of a celebration that is thousands of years old…maybe the only thing that has any dignity in this cardboard cut-out religion… but even then, the Watchtower makes it into a complete balls-up.

The Borg like to hype up the memoria fervor to get the most possible attendees, that it is around Easter is beneficial. They will then issue a Watchtower stating that they had a billion people in attendance, which means these ones have a righteous heart inclination and may possibly, one da,y become our brothers. So get out there and cultivate that interest.
