Have you ever give and/or receive apology to/from anyone many years later?
I was DFed in 1985. I divorced my husband at the same time. He was emotionally and sexually abusive to me throughout our 15 yr marriage.
A couple of years ago I got a call from him and he aplogized to me for how he treated me during the marriage. Took him 25 years to figure it out and call me. I sat on the phone and just wept and thanked him to for his phone call. and apology. I never in my life expected that phone call.
