  If I were benevolent dictator of the U.S., I would:

  Give tax incentives to those who want to run their own small business

  Make abortion illegal except for rape or incest

  Give tax incentives for those who wish to be married instead of those who "shack up"

  Allow new exploration for oil

  Make sex crimes a capital offense

  Limit appeals on murder convictions to a 3 year period, then, OFF with their heads!

  Order drug abusers to intensive rehab- then if they "choose" to reoffend: OFF with their heads!

  Illegal drug traffickers: OFF with their heads!

  Pornography and sex shops: CLOSED!

  Prostitution: ILLEGAL! Reoffenders: OFF with their heads!

  Proper Sex education (morals)in schools: manditory

  Expanded use of Federal and State lands

  Drunk driving convictions: intensive rehab- if choose to re-offend: OFF with their heads!

  Tax incentives to businesses that do r & d and create more jobs

  Tax incentives and grants to families that send their kids to college

  Tax incentives to those that do charity work

  Tax incentives and grants to adults that need higher education

  Tax incentives to families with "stay at home moms"

  Just a few thoughts.

  If I was a benevolent dictator (oxymoron) I would make it a capital offense to be a benevolent dictator. I would be then allow myself to be the first person punished under that law.
