why should we look after what we have? Well, in all the immenseness of space....this is the amount of land we have to supply us with what we need to grow...the earth is a closed system...once we pollute it, then what? Once we have stripped all the resources...then what?
I'm feeling very philosophical tonight.........can you tell?

No. People are midsized objects in our universe. The size of a person compared to to the entire universe is roughly similar to the smallest particle compared to the size of a person. All it takes is a shift in perspective in order for the universe to make a person feel like a godlike giant.
