Shamus, you forgot to include in your list that you save your money for awesome vacations.

Maybe it is her fake home that she brings guys home to when she wants to get rid of them or at least weed out the shallow ones.

This wouldn't surprise me. Or at least it may be her second home. Perhaps she has a nice vacation place in Aspen that she isn't going to talk about on the first few dates.
