The scientific proof regarding the moon landings is beyond doubt. It was detected by a radio telescope in England in real time. How many thousands of people would need to play along for all these decades for it to be a conspiracy?

Government's story of 9/11 doesn't make sense, but that's the only one that I truly believe has more to it than meet the eye. They either allowed it or knew of it in advance.

Like most conspiracy theories a cock-up and cover-up ends up looking like a conspiracy. The CIA did not communicate with the FBI about their intelligence on certain terrorist suspects. Partly becasue of turf wars and egos but mainly for long-established legal procedures. The FBI can't bring prosecutions based on information obtained by the sort of methods employed by the CIA so there was a "wall" between the two organisations.

I can't believe it's 2012 and people still think we didn't land on the moon.

I also think it's a little silly that the same government that can callously murder 3,000 of it's own civilians can't 1. Stop the secret from coming out in the first place and 2. Cover things up by 'removing' the squealers or those that question.

I think there is a small truth to most of them. Is the government in on some shady dealings? I'm sure of it but I wouldn't go as far as to say that the government was responsible for perpetrating something like 9/11. They couldn't even keep Watergate covered up, how could they cover up something that massive?

Conspiracy theorists think they are the skeptics and we are the gullible "sheeple". In fact they seriously lack in skepticism or at best suffer from selective skepticism.

I don't believe in any right now. If evidence comes forward to prove otherwise, I have no issue with changing my mind. But I don't see the point in soaking up my energy worrying about something I cannot reverse, prevent or control.
