The Memorial is on in just over two weeks' time, and I was wondering:
Has anyone invited you to the Memorial yet?
My old cong knows my address and phone number yet no-one has visited or phoned to invite me. I even bumped into a Witness last week, and she didn't say anything.
So much for trying to encourage the inactive!

This is the FIRST year no one has bothered to invite me. Hmmmm.

That's a scream, because she knows that I'll partake, if I go.
I got an update on how my DA announcement went, yesterday. Apparently one couple thought that I was using an unorthodox method to announce that I was going to partake, this year. That was, right up until I announced my departure - LOL.
Should I, shouldn't I - hmmm, what a dilemma!!!
By golly I did get an invite this year

street from the Kindom Hall, a little card
stuffed in my mailbox.
Not yet Prisca...no locust has called on me yet! I've been called on once in three years...don't they have 'not at home' slips anymore???

In our cong we are having a special day on the Saturday before the memorial to invite everyone we can think of
Inactive, DFed, friends, family, next doors dog etc so there is still time to accept those lovely invitations.
