    Yadirf,
Again, you did not understand what my point was.

There is not one leader anywhere that does not enjoy perks. The Watchtower Society gave Rutherford Beth Sarim, because Rutherford Was The Watchtower Society. Do you honestly believe that Rutherford would have given himself a hut as you would suggest? No, the proof is Beth Sarim. There was nobody on this Earth that could stop Rutherford from having his mansion.

As far as my comment about finding something newer to talk about than Beth Sarim, that was comment was directed to everybody on this board, not just you. So Yadirf, chill out.

Is this a light saber in my pocket or am I just happy to see you?

    Yadirf,

Let's review exactly what I said, before you label me a jerk. I said

Regarding Beth Sarim, I could really care less. The Watchtower Society sold it soon after Rutherford's death anyway, so the fact that it was once a Watchtower property is pointless. The Watchtower Society sold it some 60 years ago. Can we find something newer than Beth Sarim to talk about?
Hmmm, perhaps my comments were directed to Mister Biggs. Perhaps my comments were directed to Kent because he has this information on his site. Perhaps my comments were not directed at all to you, Yadirf. Regarding Beth Sarim, I believe it is a dead subject. I don't see of what importance it is to us today. So that is why I said,
The Watchtower Society sold it some 60 years ago. Can we find something newer than Beth Sarim to talk about?
As far as what I said about world leaders today, I can't blame them for living in fancy houses. I would not want their jobs, because of the responsibility that goes with them. So they absolutely deserve any perks that come with the job. Just like Rutherford deserved the big mansion he built for himself. He had a very hard job, and so what if he cut himself out a slice of the pie.

Yadirf, I do respect you, and I wish you would remember that before you label me a jerk.

"Everybody on this board" includes me, and those whose choice it was to comment on the subject of Beth Sarim in connection with the TOPIC WHICH I MYSELF started. So YOU chill out, little one.

Did you think I didn't mean what I said up above. I said:
Rutherford would've remained President even if he had to opperate out of a hut.
What part of that is it that your glasses don't bring into focus for you? Yes -- if the revenues hadn't been sufficient -- he wouldn't have built Beth Sarim ... but STILL wouldn't have abandoned his post as President for the rest of his ENTIRE life!!!

Now, to contrast with that, I'll ask THIS once again:

Do you actually think many [worldly leaders] would want the job if they weren't promised all the luxuries that come with it?
How do you answer that, without putting your foot in the ole mouth, eh?

You made both of these comments:

You’re a laughable Joe, you know it? Do you even read your own contradictory comments? ROFLMAO

I've already been asked that question once. If it'll be alright with you, I wouldn't mind living in Beth Sarim. LOL.

    Yadirf,
I can't believe you want to argue with me even though I agree with you. Mister Biggs is the one who brought up Beth Sarim, so that is what prompted me to make my comment about it.

I also agree with you that the Society would not have built Beth Sarim if it did not have the money to do so. However, I can not be as sure as you are that Mr. Rutherford would have opperated out of a hut as you suggest.

Regarding world leaders being on the job because of the perks that go with it. As I already have said, they absolutely deserve the perks that they get because of the decisions they are asked to make.

Now, do I believe that Mr. Chaney (since you brought him up) is doing the job of Vice President because of the perks. He already had those perks before he became Vice President. He took a pay cut to be Vice President. Again, I am not sure why you have chosen to argue (debate) with me, when I baisically agree with you.

Is this a light saber in my pocket or am I just happy to see you?

There's not much agreement between you and I at all, about this. You should literally STUDY the thread, then you might see that.

Yadirf, if it makes you feel any better, maybe I should have added one more word to what I said.

that comment was directed to everybody else on this board, not just you.
There, I fixed what I meant to say. Do you feel better?

God you are such a petty man.

That STILL didn't fix your contradiction! Ha ha! Yeeeeooow! Like I said, "You're one laughable Joe!" You're about as much of habitual liar as my mother-in-law had a tendency of being. ROFLMAO again!

Now, do I believe that Mr. Chaney (since you brought him up) is doing the job of Vice President because of the perks. He already had those perks before he became Vice President. He took a pay cut to be Vice President.
Of course prestige is more important to some people than more money, when they're already rich to begin with. You didn't know that!
