I have noticed that some of the members at JWN use a loaded language, name calling, ad hominem attacks and sarcasm against other members here!

I haven't read the entire thread yet, but the above really made me giggle. Anyway, so far, I haven't seen specifics---can't really address this question without specifics. I only know I don't feel 'hate', I don't call names, but I DO use sarcasm. But I have absorbed many, many personal attacks (quite personal actually) from believers. Shocking---I know!

Only christians can be condescending, insulting, casting aspersions on a person, and then tell them that they love them and offer assistance. Is that the hieght of hypocracy - one thing of which healthworker did not charge the atheists? Not that all christians are like that.

I have noticed that some of the members at JWN use aloaded language , name calling, ad hominem attacks and sarcasm against other members here!

My questions are: (It should read "My Loaded Questions are")

1) Do the "hate" and sarcasm come with atheism and your fear of the future?

2) If you believe that we are social animals; how is it that you do not understand the importance of human emotions in our survival and happiness?

3) Many on this forum are already struggling after the abuse done by the Watchtower corporation! Have you ever considered that your disrespect, hate and sarcasm may cause even more harm?

4) If your agendais to enlighten and help us, why don't you actually produce upbuilding and enlightening material for everybody to read?

Absolutely not!!!!!!

Come on, both of you, that's the sort of thinking I was talking about. Healthworker, writing in a language not his or her own, has expressed a perfectly cogent and reasonable point of view.

Very far from being a troll, he or she is undergoing a JC today. I hadn't met Healthworker on here until the beginning of this thread, but I've gained great respect for this poster.

I'd like to keep a closer eye than I'll be able to on this thread today, but I may not be able to get onto here as I'm looking after a sick granddaughter for much of the day.

But here, the comments from posters whom I'm happy to own as friends do not do their own cause any favours at all. Healthworker, this thread is a very good one, though a number of posters haven't understood it, and good luck once more, as I've wished you elsewhere, with your JC!

I don't know. The OP was pretty loaded and full of assumptions, accusations, and jabs. The following posts just dug in even further. I read the JC thread and left a positive post. But I have to say, after reading that thread, I don't think that this is about a language barrier. I think it is about something else, and so do other posters, which is why they called it out.
