because at the time that the elder batteried Mr.D wiltshire
He was not tresspassing but was following the committees mandate of attending meetings as one of the conditions for re-enstatement.
and it's obvious that the elders pressed counter charges to cover thier unrightous conduct, what a class act as usual.

If you are even allowed to stay in the courtroom during his plea, I would advise not saying a word unless asked by the prosecuting attorney.

Otherwise it is you that becomes the aggressor in the eyes of the court not the oversized elder dude.

If you disrupt the courtroom it adds credence to the fact that you would disrupt other public gatherings as well.

If you act rabid, they will treat you as rabid!

My advice and 2 cents. Take it or leave it.

This reminds me... when my brother was on the out, he would come to the KH. He would talk to other people who were on the out and/or others who clearly were not JDubs...yet.

They told him he couldn't talk to anybody, regardless of who they are while he was at the KH. 'ceptin' Elders whose asses he had to bow and kiss

I plan on going to court a couple of time before my date to get to know the judge and see how to proceed.

Any information that will help me please give it, unless your one of these wimpy types, in that case zip it.
