Your wording made it appear that you were saying something else, Still.

I think they're out there furthing their own cause, the jehovah cause, a bunch of lies cause, lol...tec
    Oh really? Just like YOU

I also did not twist your words. I asked you. You are more than capable of correcting me if I am wrong, as you did.

    Peace,

There is no contradiction. Just because one is speaking, does not mean that another is hearing. And the reverse, just because one is not hearing, does not mean that one is not being spoken to.

That kind of meaningless doublespeak dribble is the reason more people every day are abanding the logical fallacy known as religion every day.

Apparently it's too much to ask of God to have his voice penetrate to all who truthfully seek him (including JW's and Muslims) -- misguided as they may be. Help yourself because by TEC's standards you'll get no help from god. Get the tricky formula down just right, If you don't oh well I guess you just wasted your life and are SOL and destined for oblivion. It's like having to get the sacred expression of the Knights who say Ni just right.

What absolute bollocks this concept of God is.

Ease back on the red flag/ doomsday clock, lol..

Fixed that for you so that I could comment. Why certainly, I will ease back. As soon as you ease back on telling people to set aside their doubts, which is healthy for critical thinking. But I'm not going to LOL about it, because I feel rather strongly on this issue.

I had a hand in helping my kids come to be. If not for me, my kids would not exist. Now if my son at age 10 steals a toy from a friend, then that is on me if I did not teach him stealing was wrong. If at 16 he holds up a gas station at gun point then that is on me for not teaching him such things are bad. If at 21 he gets behind a car and kills a family because he was too drunk to see straight then that’s on me for not teaching him to be more responsible with alcohol.

Any good parent will teach their kids right from wrong and teach them ESPECIALLY BY THEIR EXAMPLE. God does not do this. The bible may teach that stealing is wrong or murder is bad, but by god’s own EXAMPLE he has murdered millions of people. He does not practice what he teaches. Why should I ever listen to a hypocrite like this? There is no way that with an earth full of 20,000,000 or so people that only one family was good. The biggest genocide in history, biggest atrocity in history was at GOD’s hands. Again, why would I ever listen to a hypocrite like this? TEC - can you answer this for me? I would respectfully like to know what gives you faith that any of this makes sense.

P.S. I in no way believe the “Flood of Noah’s day” ever occurred but millions upon millions do and I could not in good conscience worship a mass murderer like this.

Is 22 the magic age? What if you teach him perfectly and he just doesn't listen?

Well then you should be happy.

Not that i have a problem with people leaving religion either. I am not for religion at all.

However, it is not so hard to grasp. There are times when my spouse is speaking to me, and I am busy with something else, and i am not hearing a word that he is saying. And vice versa. But that does not mean that he is not speaking.

Before you go overboard, NC... I said set aside your doubts on this for a moment. There is absolutely nothing wrong with entertaining an idea, even if only for a moment. Lets you see something from another perspective, even if only for a moment. Might help you to understand what someone else is saying, even if you do not agree with that. And I have always told people that they should TEST everything that anyone says, including something they share as being from God, or Christ, or something heard in spirit.

    Imagination... Einstein approved ;)

    Peace to you,

    tammy

We are not perfect Entirely Possible but god is supposed to be right? If he had the power to make us perfect in mind body and understanding, then why doesn't he? Your avoiding the whole picture/question.

I understand the concept of worshiping a mass murderer is unreasonable but that is the unavoidable truth that believers follow is it not?
