I highly recommend this read:
Marc Zvi Brettler (Author), Peter Enns (Author), Daniel J. Harrington (Author) Brettler is a Jewish biblical scholar Enns and Evangelical scholar Harrington is a Catholic Scholar
William Lane Craig has been a major proponent for this, god bless him.
One of my least favourite human beings.
ah cofty, you cant be serious, at least WLC is actually trying, and he is clear rethorically

Dawkins' least favorite as well, I think. Dawkins refuses to debate him. Wonder why? Maybe because of the spectacular failure of Hitchens?
I have read quite a bit of WLC, i think he is the real stuff.
Christ Alone: WLC also refuse to debate eg. John Loftus, your critisism need to go both ways.
WLC is a very good apologist.
While some of his stuff may be difficult to swallow, that doesn't make them wrong ( theologically speaking).
Bohm, I didn't know that WLC refused to debate Loftus.

Sure, it should. But I'd never heard of this. As far as I was aware, WLC was willing to debate anyone. Why wouldn't he debate Loftus? Actually, I'm not sure of who Loftus is anyway. Is he anyone of note that would be worth debating? I'm not sure why WLC would debate men like Hitchens and Harris, and then be afraid to debate an unknown...
Loftus has the debunking Christianity website, check it out.
Christ Alone: Well not john loftus. You can find several places where he says that, and loftus tried to get him to debate him multiple times but was turned down.
If the reply is: "John loftus is not well know, I wont debate him" -- well, I think Dawkins reply go something along the same lines...
