EP, I didn't notice, but you asked if I was willing to apologise? You missed my post at the top of page 13 where I apologised already for any hurt I'd caused, even if unintentionally. I don't intentionally ever cause hurt, but I'm aware we can do so without meaning to.

I haven't actually posted a lot on this thread, and I really don't know what could be interpreted as hurtful, but if it was, of course I am sorry for that.

I understand you speak for yourself, but you can, as I am going to do, try to effect change. Neither side has a leader, to try to create change is an opportunity open to anyone.

Anyone can have my cherry cream soda, I don't go in much for sweets. Now, if you had some fresh figs with a brie slice in them, wrapped in proscuitto, I would go for it.

edit: I see a soda isn't to his taste. Maybe some Brie then...wrapped in prosciutto, with figs in there somewhere...yes, that's very nice!

It would appear that cofty is the only genuine offer of any sort of truce or understanding on this thread.

Of course genuine humiltiy is often lost amongst the flag waving of perceived victory...the rest is just bullshit.

To those who are able to read: With my legal training, I don't recall a single instance of either owner stating one side was correct and the other wrong. It is abundantly clear that both sides could be more careful with their language and projections.

Shelby, You act as though Simon and A. have some legitimacy as to what is right and wrong. They are not God. Furthermore, I would suggest that you have been called out far more than anyone else.

The posts are available for anyone to read. Stating that you hear whatchamacallit's voice does not make it so. Neither does your characterization of the owners or moderators' actions.

This is a fairly objective matter. Whatever, this is so boring. People can decide for themselves. Don't you recall that equity requires clean hands from those who seek its remedies? Neither you nor I have clean hands. I can't speak for other people. There is a twelve year history. I don't want to go around for another twelve years.

Is a better tone your goal or is total surrender? You may get a change in tone. If it is total surrender that you want, you may hold your breath until eternity.
