    Meditating is a great way to get in touch with your subconscience self. I believe we can learn from our inner selves. (some people call the inner self the soul of the person)

    Since I have been learning more about dreams and how to influence them, I have been sleeping better and waking up more refreshed. Sleep is very important for our bodies and minds and lack of sleep affects our overall health.

    I recently went to a conference on Alzheimers and one of the greatest risk factors of the disease is insomnia! Make sense since our brains cannot rejuvenate itself with lack of sleep.

    Also people with high levels of anxiety usually have trouble sleeping too. I am learning a lot from this class and would love to see more like it.
