COMATOSE- Nice to have you here ! And a big welcome to you ! Hang in there friend. Many of us have been where you are. The picture will become more clear as time goes on. Keep informing yourself and doing research on the Internet aside from just WT publications. We'll be here to support you . Take care
Welcome. Glad you joined this forum. Keep an open mind and your research will always be fruitful.
Welcome here! Sounds like you are anything but comatose.
Seeing the light can be temporarily blinding but it is worth it. Letting go of absolutes can be scary for there is some comfort in being told what the Truth is. Yet, the dawning realization that no one has the absolute Truth or is even the so-called "channel" of Truth is liberating. We come to see that we have been bound to the traditions of men whose disapproval we have lived in fear of. Liberation is wonderful but it demands a hefty price: Disapproval and ultimately rejection by the ones we had done our best to follow.
for my part--i just could not accept the idea of a god in this modern age--and this was over 40 years ago. it took a few more years to rid myself of "the truth"
ive been a happy --total--atheist--from then on in. if you can wash god out of your mind---you may find life a lot easier. others here are bound to disagree----which is entirely fine by me---its a free site---no-one gets disfellowshipped here.
Welcome! Being sad one step in grief. Learning your entire beliefe system is a lie takes some time to move on with. It took me I'd say two years to get 100% brain and body out! You are taking the right steps!

Welcome to all the new ones. Great to see so many questioning this cult and leaving!
Welcome Comatose,
In the 25 plus years I have been out I have NEVER come across anyone who embarks on this journey of questioning and then returns to the Printing Company. This is a wonderful group of people..... put your feet up and stay a while.
Welcome!
Ah, yes, the feeling of disorientation that comes with learning the truth about "the truth". It's a journey of discovery and although there may be pitfalls along the way out of WT, it is totally worth it.
