Anyone who claims to be the Mediator between God and Man, is "Standing in the Holy Place" Because the place of Mediator belongs only to Christ Jesus and anyone who stands between Christ and Mankind, claiming to be the Mediator IS by definition, "that Man of Lawlessness" who "stands in the Holy Place." These are the eight men in New York City. The Governing Body has now revealled they really ARE the Anti-Christ. They are BLOCKING people from access to Christ and the Holy Spirit and have set themselves up as an Idol. There is only ONE mediator between God and man and that is the Christ, thats the WHOLE message of the Greek Scriptures !!

Yep, they are an idol, hence all those who idolize them by calling them "mother", and wondering "what will the society say about this or that". Like Tec said, this has been going on for years but now the WT is more blantant about it.
And WHY wouldn't they be when so many are still hanging on afraid to leave them for the real world even though they are absolutely misearable. You can just imagine the MAJOR ego trip those at the tower are enjoying right now!

they must not have much unity anymore, we had owes and that was not mentioned, though he did say that Jehovah works through the FDS and without their help we could not understand bible books such as Isaiah, he said that no other religion can understand book of Isaiah other than JW because only they have Gods holy spirit that works through the FDS, of course we all know now that he means the GB. Why he chose Isaiah to use as an example who knows, unless they have been reading some blogs that give their interpretation of Isaiah such as E-Watchman for example.

Suerly no D.O. or C.O. would ever do that!? They have far to much holy spirit gifted to them by the organization for those kinda errors.
Our C.O says things all the time that is just his opinion. He speaks from the platform as if he is Jehovah counseling the congregation. This syndrome is common among the brothers with 'privileges'.

(Matthew 24:45-47) The apostle Paul identified this channel to the Ephesian Christians when he wrote that “there might be made known through the congregation the greatly diversified wisdom of God, according to the eternal purpose that he formed in connection with the Christ, Jesus our Lord.” (Ephesians 3:10, 11) It was the congregation of anointed Christians, born at Pentecost 33 C.E., that was entrusted with the “things revealed.” (Deuteronomy 29:29) As a group, anointed Christians serve as the faithful and discreet slave. (Luke 12:42-44) Their appointed assignment from God is to provide spiritual understanding of the “things revealed.”
Even as Bible prophecy pointed forward to the Messiah, it also directs us to the close-knit body of anointed Christian Witnesses that now serve as the faithful and discreet slave. It helps us to understand the Word of God. All who want to understand the Bible should appreciate that the “greatly diversified wisdom of God” can become known only through Jehovah’s channel of communication, the faithful and discreet slave.—John 6:68.
