I can elaborate a little. Elisha was, in the Bible, a TRUE prophet. Naaman was a convert to the worship of Jehovah. However, the customs of Naaman's land were such that he would be expected to attend religious services as a sort of duty.
This assurance that Elisha gave to Naaman that he could be in attendance at these services without offending Jehovah is something that the fds will never share with the r&f.
they aren't the only ones who can cherry-pick scriptures!

The trouble with quoting the NWT for narrative portions of the Bible is that it is written in such stilted language that it is often hard to work out what is actually going on, which weakens the effect somewhat for passages like this. But it is a very good point.

At the memorial tonight the brother made the comment that the "two hopes are clearly distinguished in scripture". I find that comment to be very wide of the mark because the idea of two hopes if one of the most tenuous aspects of JW dogma that relies upon stringing together a series of unrelated scriptures out of context, plus ignoring many other scriptures such as this one that explicitly states there is but "one hope":
Eph 4:4 One body there is, and one spirit, even as YOU were called in the one hope to which YOU were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all [persons], who is over all and through all and in all.
