After 29 years of bondage...

when you first left,
what things did you most look forward to doing
that you couldn't do b4?
Or, for that matter, what things do u still look forward to?

I looked forward to sleeping in on Saturday and Sunday...and not going door to door begging for dimes.

Then I got my first job, out of college, and it required OT on Saturdays...at least I was paid...never made a penny going door to door.

not in any particular order of importance...

-driving a 2-door hehe (what a rebel)

-watching roadrunner cartoon
(mom always said it was bad cuz of "reincarnation" of wiley coyote blowing himself up and coming back to life for the next episode haha)

exploring my sexuality sans guilt...
- guilt-free masturbation (i'm getting really good hehe)
- same sex experiences (then i can comment on syn's thread re gaybars)

-finally free to skydive

-and...i can go be a firefighter even tho it involves shiftwork! wahoo!

closer2fine - yes re college! i have totally been enjoying pursuing some career goals that i wasn't able to b4. just going to school past grade12 was taboo when i was in. and just having the OPTIONS!! to do what i really want.
