cheese is something that can really confuse our senses of taste and smell. Limburger is really quite bland tasting.

Lunch today - I had the last bit of Monterrey Jack/horseradish cheese on a roast beef sandwich. We had never tried it before but now I think I'll get smore!

try chewing it longer, until the delicious odor whafts up.
*ps. My wife made me hang the limurger up for storage outside in a tree.
