High heels are a no-no.
You must touch the dirty handrails.
You must keep items under the seat.
We will micro-manage every thing we can (for you).

We wish to comment briefly on the saving of seats when the attendants open the doors of the convention or assembly facility. Jehovah is a God of order. Therefore, all things should take place “decently and by arrangement.” (Read 1 Corinthians 14:33, 40.) When the doors are opened each day, please do not rush to the seating area of your preference as if competing with others. This could lead to injuries. Never should a person’s haste to save preferred seats cause him to ignore godly principles or the needs or safety of fellow Christians. Rather, a self- sacrificing spirit should move all of us to seek the good of others. This identifies us as true Christians and moves onlookers to praise God. (John 13:34, 35; 1 Pet. 2:12) Although we may not always be able to sit where we prefer, we can be assured that we will receive Jehovah’s blessing as a result of our spirit of love and consideration.
And what better way to "move onlookers to praise God" than to send every congregation a chastizing letter that publicly acknowledges that they're NOT engaging in behavior that identifies them as "the true Christians"?
I wouldn't have known of the Black Friday-like mania happening at assemblies (with the crowd rushing the doors seeking "spiritual food") UNLESS someone from HQ had written a letter pointing to it happening!

(Although, you've gotta love the irony of the idea of people supposedly giving thanks for what they have on Thanksgiving, but only 8 hrs later trampling each other to get MORE stuff!)

Some sections of seats with easy access are set aside for the elderly and the infirm out of consideration for their needs. Because the number of these seats is limited, it is often not possible for all family members to sit together in these reserved sections. In some instances entire families have sat together in these reserved sections, compelling other elderly and infirm ones to find seats less compatible with their needs. This has exposed these dear ones to unnecessary challenges in accessing other seating areas. Therefore, please leave these reserved seating sections for the elderly and the infirm and those one or two persons directly assisting them. If an attendant asks for your assistance to keep seating available for the elderly, please cooperate, even if it means moving to another seating section.—Read 1 Corinthians 13:4, 5; Philippians 2:3, 4.
Another stunning admission of the salacious behavior, with non-disabled familiy members depriving those who actually need such areas which have been specifically set aside for their use (in accord with Federal/State laws, BTW).
Although, it may be a sign of improvement from OT days, since God Almighty had to chastize the Hebrews from engaging in malicious pranks, in Leviticus 19:14:
"'Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in front of the blind, but fear your God. I am the LORD. "

A noteworthy aspect of our Christian gatherings is the enthusiastic presence of our young ones. While the program is in session, they, too, will want to ‘listen and learn.’ (Deut. 31:12) Parents should supervise the activity of their children at all times so that young ones do not run about and pose a hazard to themselves and others.—Read Proverbs 29:15.
Yes, since we all know that JWs are the ONLY ONES capable of sexual reproduction and bearing children, hence the presence of children at their assemblies is a truly unique AND noteworthy aspect!
PS on this:
"people misjudge the distance and plant one of their feet wrong."
Is that anything like how SOME people misinterpret scriptures that are claimed to contain clues as prophecies, and thus plant the date of Armageddon wrong? Hey, it happens!

Doubting Bro, all they have to do to prevent a stampede is to have ticketed, reserved seating. Concert planners have known this for some time.
They just can't wait to get that spiritual food!
LOL
Hygiene safety - If when using the toilet you are unable to accomplish normal cleaning with two squares of toilet paper attendants are available to show you proper technique.
Always wash your fingers after using the faciltiies. The single paper towel is adequate for drying. Soap is not always necessary, use sparingly.
Be careful not to stumble your brothers.

Yes, but that would require a bit of advance planning and time to implement. As you may be aware, conventions are hastily-assembled, last-minute affairs where the exact day and time cannot be predicted or known with great certainty, since Armageddon may come BEFORE!
Besides, dealing with such mundane boring logistical tasks (such as planning the seating for future events) would only result in spiritual death, since it would interfere with the highly-inspired work of studying the scriptures in order to ascertain if we're actually living in the last seconds of the last minutes of the last days, or in the last milleseconds! Lives are at stake!

No, that's silly, since JWs are actually on pretty solid Biblical ground by NOT washing their hands.
Jesus said that washing hands before eating (or after elimination) is just a silly man-made Pharasaic tradition which doesn't do any good anyway, so do it if you INSIST, but it's not like it's going to keep you from getting sick or anything like that, since God makes people sick to punish for sin (which Jesus was authorized to forgive while on Earth, and hence why he was able to cure the sick, blind, etc).
Jesus, on handwashing and defilement, in Matthew 15:20:
“These are what defile a person; but eating with unwashed hands does not defile them.“

I thought this point was odd in the August 3, 2013 letter TO ALL CONGREGATIONS - Re: Safety precautions when attending spiritual programs:
Many accidents occur on stairs. Each year, thousands of stair climbers are killed or in- jured. What causes the missteps that result in falls? Generally, people misjudge the distance and plant one of their feet wrong. (g05 10/22 p. 29)
I thought, "There's an Awake! article on that!?!"
But it was a blurb in Watching the World quoting the U.S. magazine The Week:
Staircases Dangerous
Using the stairs “produces more nonfatal injuries each year than motor vehicle accidents,” states the U.S. magazine The Week. The report adds: “Every year, an estimated 1,091 American stair climbers are killed and 769,400 are injured.” What causes the missteps that result in falls? “Generally, people misjudge the distance and plant one of their feet wrong,” says The Week.
Funny, in the Awake! the source is attributed, but not in the letter which is to be read to all congregations.
Stairs can be very confusing and intimidating. Thank Jehovah for the kind direction on how to use them, when in a crowd.
How long will it be until tripping or falling on stairs at a convention is a disfellowshipping offense?
It will be couched under the general heading of not following the direction of the "faithful and discreet slave" and showing disrespect for god's arrangement by ignoring spirit-directed counsel. Pride no doubt will be the main factor in the JWs fall.
WT scriptural support for this new policy:
Proverbs 16:18 - "Pride is before a crash, and a haughty spirit before stumbling".
Not following the governing body's direction and having the audacity to stumble or fall on stairs will be considered "brazen" conduct.
