seekchrist says- 'The doors are never shut'. Jesus, Paul and John were very prejudicial, they did not teach or expect universal salvation unlike Judaism which does. This again shows why Jesus was not the Messiah.

Religion is wrong if it is a substitute for relationship. Religion is "do", Christianity (relationship with Jesus Christ) is "done". It is God, in the person of Jesus Christ, the way, the Truth, the Life, taking the initiative, reconciling the world to Himself through His blood. One drop of the blood of Jesus can cleanse all of America. Those who know Jesus have no faith in themselves; their faith, their salvation, their absolute righteousness before a holy God is a gift. religionists have something to boast about...but not before God. Christians only boast is in Christ and His achievements, grace and mercy...and they boast about that with great joy and assurance. And why not. It is a perfect work by a perfect Saviour that frees them from the law of sin and death and grants them adoption and secures a heavenly reservation.
