I think a "bucket list" shows not a lack of faith, but an ambitious desire to do the best with what you've got!

Dearest Coco, a life should be lived...and in the way of your choosing. There are so many things to learn about or do...near and far, cheap and expensive. As JW's we were taught to push down any desire of anything other than "the truth." It's normal, it's human to desire experience in our life around us.

Go make your list!

As already mentioned, I'm having no problems personally with moving ahead. The perjorative phrase, "deplorable lack of faith," was used at an assembly, I believe, to castigate older JWs who were having second thoughts about what they had sacrificed . . . and for what?

We, the generation that did everything they told us to do, like good little nazi soldiers and they are scolding,

One of the last conversations I had with my ex, he was causing trouble for me, so I wouldn't have any friends.

I told him, if +++++++ doesn't want to be friends with me fine, there are 7 million other people to be friends with.

If we are broadening our horizons, and the 7 million are shunning us, it is painful and difficult to say goodbye

to people that are entwined with our happy memories, but out there are over 7 billion people, so pick a few,

extra fine ones, and make new happy memories with them.
