    The "privilage" is pretty much open to anyone who volunteers. Of course piousneers can get to hog them but anyone can do it.

    Apprently carts outside London Bridge station generated magazine placements of 1000 in a couple of weeks plus 30 (or so) bible studies etc. etc. blah. blah.

    In a station that sees thousands of people go through it each day then this is not unreasonable for the first few weeks but is it sustainable.

    I have observed the carts outside another busy London station with no one paying it any attention.

    There is no Biblical preaching any more. It's all about getting in HOURS. Cruising around to do a few rv's and getting coffee. As our recent CO said, 'It's about being with the brothers and sisters". He mentioned in his service talk Tuesday that he and his wife were certainly not opposed to the 'occasional' coffee break.
