Yeah of course, but that repetitive info is good because every week new people are joining and that stuff is new to them. Just do like I do: scan through and pick the topics of interest.
Thinking of taking a break from this forum

yadda, pls don't go for long,, i back off every few days too,,I am so sorry specifically right now, but you have had such pointed things of value, I know,,I say what I sincerely want to say or certain parts,,sometimes, I feel chopped down by a commenter , but a few jump up and say it together harmonized perfectly,,it is so grand! So supportive. Anyway, every one should have a point of view, our experience is true,, to be accepted or not.

YO Yadda, stick around, you write VERY well about everything. You would be missed.
We need a LIKE button - sometimes I read and run - don't have time to write anything or acknowledge the post.

yadda yadda, I value your posts and if you want to have a discussion about something I would be up for it anytime I can manage. In fact I'm still wondering about what you said about ID in a short discussion we had a few weeks ago and now realise that you did have a strong position in the point you were making. It if you want to take a break from this forum I understand.

This is a great site, but just as many great posters before (e.g. Leolaia), most of us will move on. You know best when is the right time for you. I hope I am getting very close to that day. I got lots of things that I am postponing simply because I spent too much time reading here. Great site (thank you Simon), but life outside of the internet can be even better.

Yadda - ... and its time to move on.
Why not?
There's a whole world out there, that we previously thought of as the "old world," and we were discouraged from exploring it, by a 210 foot high wall (Revelation 21:17) - Yahweh's attempt to prevent us seeing the real world. Take time to explore it - its fascinating. If you find something really interesting come back and talk about it.
It may not be good for our mental health, if XJW sites become our new religion - though sometimes, for some people, that's exactly what happens - and it becomes as much a cultic experience as the JWs or any other Christian religion is a cult experience.

This is a great thread. I get your point. If one wants to post once a week, their thread will either be lost or 27 pages long, impossible to read. There is a lot of traffic. When I start thread, especially on personal topics, I make sure I comment and bump the threads before me.
Me for my part, I will log on and search for your threads, you are a valuable poster and worth my time yadda.

Provocative threads provoke lots of comments which statistically "increases" the views; thoughtful threads provoke far fewer. But that does not mean more thoughtful threads are less read. Remember each time you access a thread to reply, you help increase the number of views; it doesn't mean more individuals are reading it.
Besides, if you wanna take a break, hey bro, go ahead. This ain't a kingdom hall - you won't get a telephone call or "concerned" knock at the door. You're a free agent. Sometimes breaks can be helpful. I've certainly enjoyed your threads.

Yadda, I agree with Steve about "concerned" phonecalls.
I am going to reslove that from now on I will only start one new topic a day. It's my New years resolution, and will help with my addiction. But also help with the traffic issue. Kate xx

Let's be honest y'all... If your thread is really that important it will be searched and commented on for many years coming. It doesn't matter if your pride gets hurt by not getting all the comments and views you feel your thread is worth getting.
I've used the search function for than I can remember to find topics not recently posted or discussed. If your thread is meaningful to help and aid those who are truly wanting to know TTAT and get help on other things, be sure your thread (if truly meaningful and helpful) will aid others in their search for freedom or whatever else they are looking to attain.
I for one appreciate all the many topics and threads, even if repeated. You never know what difference you'll make on others, a lot of you guys have helped me more than you can imagine.
...just my two cents
