Now we know why they're begging for free lawyers to come help them.  Everybody is goin to be suing them.

Call a local TV station and see if they want to cover the proceedings.  It would make good TV when the elders block the door and refuse to let them in.

It's not a court case and these elders have no power over anybody!

This conclusion is not entirely true. They do have the power to DF a person and end all relationships with other JWs.

Oh yeah. The threat of suing the Eldubs as individuals for defamation, will stop their witch-hunt. This is why it works, IMO.

    1) The Eldubs are under the delusion that they are champions of justice. This mental disorder causes them to act out in defense of their flock. They must do something, otherwise they are poor examples of Dukes and Stars! They cannot fail to discharge their duties as protectors of all things WTBTS.

    2) The threat of litigation for defamation against "individual" Eldubs, let's them know they are on their own. Even so, they can decide to leave you alone and save face. How so? By telling the CO the story of the mentally disturbed sheep who tried to sue them. The CO says, " Oh ye mighty champions of justice, sadly you cannot save them all! Wait on Jeehoobie's justice to prevail!!"

There you go. They leave you alone and still come away victorious!!

The use of the word "invitation" is notable, it implies the ability to respectfully decline with no negative repercussions. This is clearly not honest.

    Thank you for your comments,...

......I called to my sister again, and she told me that when the elders came to her house, they told her that there will be a judicial committee this friday because they have been visiting her many times to convince her that she must  attend the meetings, but she always resists this advice and she show them past publications...., so the procedure now is to reunite with her in a judical committe. ..........

Accordingly,  ...I told her that she should call to the elders to tell them that she is following the advice of his attorney, so they have to write a letter specifying the charges on which that judicial committee will be accomplished, due to her reputation is being questioned by them.  So, without that letter she will not attend that private meeting.

I hope she can tell them that.

....may be the use of past publications for showing the flip-flops is being considered a new heresy for the Watchtower elders.

No matter what your sister says/does, this is a stressful event for you both.

My thoughts are with the two of you.

Please let us know what course of action she decides upon and what transpires with it all.

I'd put my money on: She will be announced as "no longer one of JWs".

    Thanks,

    Doc
