God does do tangible things all the time but they are hidden in plain sight because the idea is that he wants us to search for them. The reason is because only one who really searches demonstrates that they will commit to what then follows as a result of finding.

I thought this was a good question, so I called Jesus up (we were roommates in college). Thankfully, he let me know that his dad, God, is not dead! His back just went out on him and he's been laid up for a couple days. That should be, let's see, a couple thousand years our time? So, yep, it works out! Nothing to be concerned about.

This is probably the most idiotic thing I have read today. So this stupid motherfucker hides his tangible actions in plain sight so we can search for them? How does he expect people to know that??? Well he either talks to them (like most of these born again nutjobs say) or they are expected to discern that from the bible... a book that for thousands of years most black / Brown / Red /Yellow people had no access to.
