If you believe in a higher power who has any control over your life you are religious.

The modern tendency towards "non-religious spirituality" is an exercise in self-deception.

Do you think they believe ia higher power then? I watched it and though it was very positive, it gave me some positive energy. I noted no mention of higher powers.

If you realize the following, you don't need any religion:

    Spirituality means giving others joy

Sin means taking away the joy from others

My faith gives me self esteem , I was made in God's image and He loves me . If you do not love yourself then you cannot love others as you love yourself !

    Seperation from what ?

The Bible never encourages "crusades " only spreading the Gospel which involves spreading love .

I have'nt got time now to go into all of the ten points but those are thoughts from the top of my head as I read .

Stephen Covey defines it as "To Leave a Legacy". I like what he has to say about the 4 human needs:

“There are certain things that are fundamental to human fulfillment. The essence of these needs is captured in the phrase; to live, to love, to learn, to leave a legacy.

    1) The need to live is our physical need for such things as food, clothing, shelter, economical well-being, health.

    2) The need to love is our social need to relate to other people, to belong, to love and be loved.

    3) The need to learn is our mental need to develop and grow.

    4) And the need to leave a legacy is our spiritual need to have a sense of meaning, purpose, personal congruence, and contribution.”
