  I have good audio equipment here..I cleaned the sound up so it was crystal clear..

  I played the Video a few times..

  so I'm sure they used the term "redirection"

  I didn`t hear: "Whip out a Huge ReDirection"..

  I heard : "Whip Out A Huge Erection"

  .Not quite sure why whatever AAWA does or does not do seems to make you look for our "dark side."

  The problem is AAWA never Admits to Screw ups..

  Now AAWA has another Huge PR Problem on their hands again..

  AAWA is supposed to be the 'Hero`s For Sexually Abused Kids"..

  How do you let: "Whip Out A Huge Erection"..Get into the Final cut of an Official AAWA Video??!!

  Whoever was in charge of that Official AAWA Campain/Video was sleeping on the Job..

  Worse,nobody in AAWA wants to take responsibility..

  I listened to the video. Just as it gets to the controversial part, my computer jumps and stops. The introductory and closing part played well. Maybe it was demons. I could not tell whether it said "erection" or "redirection." I suppose I can blame the demons. What a coincidence.

  I am waiting to hear what they have done for apostates.

  Also, light grey Bibles are not striking. I suppose it is better than the magenta songbook.

  I`ve replayed the Video a few minutes ago..It`s still on there,it`s very clear..

  Theres alot of backround noise..

  So not everyone is going to hear it as clearly as I can with my equipment..

  Enough people have heard it though..

  I have to go with Outlaw on this. One of the guys off-camera definitely says "...whip out a huge erection" at 1:40 into the video. Then he laughs, apologizes while talking over JoBuel and tries to refocus to get back on track.

  It is inappropriate humor for a group that takes aim at assisting children and active/inactive JWs.

  Agree, it was poor editing to leave that comment in. The comment and the background laughter makes the entire 'stunt' seem way too sophmoric and detracts from their message and efforts.

  Congratulations, Outlaw, on having your high-end audio equipment available to hear whatever you are hearing. Perhaps we are listening to different versions, but I'm not going to argue with you over this - it's not worth my time or yours. Besides, you have far more fans on JWN that I do. Congratulations. You've earned them.

  In spite of your accusations, AAWA would not have intentionally placed an off-color comment on something we proudly show off to our audience and the public.

  Juan - My audio is crap. But the comments are clear. Listen again from 1:35 to 1:50. Listen to the off-camera guy. He is being inappropriately crass.

  I don't believe the comment was intentionally put in the video. I think is was just carelessly overlooked in the editing process.

  I picked up on the "whipped out a huge erection" comment the first time I watched it. When I finished I looked at the comments here to see if I had just been imagining things. It appears not.

  I don't think it was included on purpose, and is definitely not what I would call subliminal, but it is there and is clear to hear. Surely it could be muted out in the same way off colour words are removed from news items etc.

  To Bo and Juan, is there any more detail on the reaction of the guy that gave Bo the bible when he read Bo's card? Did he know who AAWA was or that at least Bo was what they would call an "apostate". Would love to have seen his reaction.

  Hmmm. I watched/listened to the video. The crassness of the "gentleman" off camera is very clear. I hope those affected by child abuse find a real professional organization to help them.

  I did not want to listen to it, but since there is a controversy, I did.

  I heard in the background. "... whip out a huge erection" with laughter.

  I have been abused by JW's. Many have. It is nothing to make fun at or to laugh about.

  Even when I could not discern the exact things being said in the background, just the childishness of this video, with people interrupting, talking over other people, making stupid jokes.... makes it unprofessional, a bit embarrassing and takes away from any message they may be trying to send.
