I'm happy for you, but surprised the court doesn't do something to her for all the kidnapping & BS.
I won, I won, I won!

I guess the moral of the story is document, document, document. Everything.
I think jws are used to hearing about all of the court cases that they've won for religious freedom that they're shocked when things don't go their way.
Way to go for threatening legal action against the elders for their stalking behavior. It is illegal, though they think they are above the law.
Enjoy your time with your child. Give that kid the best childhood ever!

You have worked so hard, and keeping your child first throughout the long ordeal. We have been in a similar situation so it's easy to picture what you've been through and how you must feel now!
I'm so happy for your and your liddle kiddle, and wish you much happiness!

Awesome!! continue to keep meticulous records though, I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her (and I would like to).

When active, I was only minimally involved in custody matters. How does your child feel about all this? That's an important factor, right? What does your kid want when it comes to custody and lifestyle?
I'm curious if your ex and her lawyer tried any of that lying stuff they do in court to try and portray Witnesses as more mainstream than they really are. Is the org still pushing this line or not?
Thx in advance for your answers and for this share in general.

Anony Mous, good for you!
It's ridiculous though, really. You should not have to fight for what's right.
The JW mindset is so damaging to families.
