Wow, you are a great father, to fight for your child and also that nothing bad is said in front of the child about the ex partner.

I can understand your feelings. My wife separated in January and took our little boy to her home parents home in another country (5 hours away).

Since then she tries everything that I only have the minimum visitation right. I am also fighting for it. She thinks I am a proud apostate, because I would never allow my child to dieby refusing blood and because I don't believe the org has the truth.

I hope with our case that it don't have to go as far as in your situation, but I am determined as you are.

You are a hero for being willing to fight for your child and your rights as a father, many would not have, it takes a lot to do so, both mentally and financially. Save these documents for your child in case this comes up when she is older. Despite the court order your ex may try to say something different happened.
