When you tell your kids you've been looking at colleges and then you turn and ask them " which one do they think they'll like best?"
When you wake up in the morning with a list of things to do and you don't feel bad about doing them because you need to still study or haven't been out in field service yet.
The day you come to the realization that they made it really hard to serve GOD
The day you wish you would of never gave them your phone number
you go play the lottery and don't run out of the store paranoid, hop in your car looking in the rear view mirror making sure no one saw you as you speed around the corner

Pretty much all of the above but the main one for me is being able to live for now and enjoy all the happy moments I get rather than always thinking "things will be better after armageddon" and putting up with whatever is bugging me.
Plus getting help from "Satan's world" for long term mental health problems and it actually working, not feeling like a freak and being judged and actually loads and loads of stuff.
You know your an ex J-Dub when you aren't waiting for your imaginary sky daddy to fix it all and then discovering it wasn't really broken in the first place, it just is what it is, life.

in my case when i realised i am only here for the social updates....to only pass the time ...here today gone tomorrow....but i learn a lot from this site about things in general.
