ALMOND, I did not read it all: but I hope she was BAPTISED 6 years ago , and not that many years OLD'
Can we assume that you lived in OZ when you were divorced, divorced in an Australien court?-- must be' so
The divorces granted outside the islands are ecognized there, how could it be otherwise? If you are a citizen of Australia or another country rather than than the Philippines now,
Nothing, including some goodwill money to local officials, should keep you from getting married by a judge there. because
the Australian or whatever embassy will issue you a required "permission to marry"*paper if you can present THEM with valid divorce paper or death certificate of your previous wife ---.
That "permission to marry" certification from the embassy should get you in front of the local judge to tie the knot-- legally--. so,
if you are still a citizen of the Republic -, the justices want justice to be done,-- wich is flexible--, better to get your foreign citizenship. but
with liaisons before marriage, already disfellowshipped fiancee, strict elders and 'Black&White'-only thinking Germans involved, the elders will not rent you the Kingdom hall. but
Plan to throw a big party- you, not the "FATHER OF THE BRIDE" will pay of course, and the whole village will come and feast.
just my observation, not legal advice.
* and you and the lady are up to snuff BSW:
glad your bout with impotency was only temporary, do not let it happen again, it seems to work fine outside marriage.
