Would God (Jehovah) really choose lying and corrupt religious Charlatans like the Watchtower Corporation ?

No, of course not. If we as human beings can see the corruption in the WTBTS and the harm they do, surely God would, too.

to JB....out of sheer morbid curiosity, maybe you can list for us which religion is:

    grade school?

    junior high?

    high school?

    college?

Ok. My opinion on my journey.

They are all kindergarden all religions.

How can I know, I am only 62 and there is a world of information out there.

But the best I can see they are all kindergarden.

    The answer is within.

Each person has to work out their own salvation.

Each person has to make and complete their own journey.

We both started out in the kingdom hall and now we are on our paths leading to the progression of our

    journey.

But the reward is the journey, not the destination.

The unexamined life is not worth living, I think it was Aristotle, or Socrates.

Designs says ........ As far as charlatans go the Wt. guys are really amateurs.

    Really ???

The WTS has published millions of magazines and books ie. bibles etc. over a 100 years .

Compare that to other Charlatans like Jack Van Impe or the other American charlatans,

    even the Catholic church.

Sorry folks but yes the WTS. did teach some truthful facts concerning the bible but they messed up

on most other teachings causing egregious damage to millions.

Not a good portfolio of good to mankind is it ?

One might even say they put a blight of tarnish on to Christianity.

All people are flawed and so their belief systems can be flawed. This is why I think God doesn't adopt any group or religion.

I personally think the reason why the JWS have grown so slowly in spite of people calling door to door is that people

instinctively think there's something flawed with this religion, in that why don't other main Christian organizations like

the Catholics and Protestants teach the world is at its end ?

    .

They sense that there's a plausible gimmick or dubious scam afoot, by this particular religious publishing house.

    Lord Shirley:

    kindergarten - fundamentalism

    grade school - moderacy

    junior high - borderline liberalism

    high school - general inactive/lapsed

    college - almost complete nonreligiosity

    afterwards - agnosticism/atheism

I sure wish that my brother in law and sister had sensed something wrong. They were slowly drawn in and when I moved in with them, it took six months of them discussing the religion with me for me to be worn down enough to study. I was extremely vulnerable because my brother died during that six months. There are other reasons I was vulnerable as well. I have found that if you go looking for "the truth", you might as well paint control me on your forehead.

    Wait...

...are you suggesting that the live-forever-on-a-paradise-earth pitch just might sound like it's "too good to be true"??!!!
