If women are not equipped to take leadership, then why do many of them have IQs higher than men? When I was in middle school, I tested around 150 IQ. (Showing you do not have to be retarded to fall for a scam, particularly when black magick is involved.) In math tests, many of the people that were competing with me were women--and doing a pretty damn good job at it (at that, a few were blonde--so much for that "dumb blonde" smut). Out of my graduating class, I was the highest of the men. All three graduating higher than me were women. And there was a tendency for our "mathalons" to be dominated by girls--mathalons were competitions where you had difficult math questions to answer, and correct answers gave points for the team.
It may be true that, on average, men lack fine motor skills and women lack brute strength. This is relative--some women are able to do heavy lifting, and there are men that do good detail work. But, how does not being able to lift 100 kg have a bearing in being able to run an organization? Nothing. And, if there are any women that are exceptionally physically capable, why should she not be given that opportunity? And why should intelligent women not be allowed to do such things as running the sound (requires fine motor skills more than brute strength), handle the mics (again, unless those are mighty heavy mics, women should be able to run them), handle the rags and littera-trash (again, most of them are light. They might need help if they get a very heavy case of littera-trash, but not to sort them or handle the paperwork.), or do accounts? Women are fine handlers of money--in supermarkets, they get most of the positions involving handling and counting the money.
This is blatant sexism. And unfair, since it deprives women of doing something they are capable of doing. If they can pious-sneer, handle heavy bookbags, do that much door to door work, and go to Beth Hell (not to blaspheme the real Hell, but referring to a place of inhumane suffering), then why can't they also handle the work of running a congregation? Do they have IQs near 100 or higher? If so, they should be allowed in--and, men with IQs in the 50s and under should not be allowed to ruin the organization. And neither should scumbags that want to ruin lives.

I wonder if Herd hates lesbians or just domineering women and 'levels' them with that accusation. Interesting.
