[The 'you are villagegirl', 'no I'm not' argument. It doesn't add very much to the thread, and it gives Paris an excuse to go off-topic. Villagegirl called me a racist nazi, and was a vile little troll in my view, but I don't care if Paris is/isn't the same person.]

Ha, Paris sure got the ever charming Viviane's goat.
I am charming, thanks for noticing. However, as usual, when people proclaim to know something about me, other than how charming I am, they are ridiculously wrong, as in "couldn't be more wrong if you tried".
Of course you fall into this category, yet you keep missing the target. One would think you'd eventually tire of being so wrong so often, but apparently not. I can surmise, as best, you simply don't realize how wrong and how often you're wrong every time you try to act like you know anything about me or, perhaps, like a child that doesn't know how to engender good attention, you simply act out because that's the only way you know how to get the attention you so desperately crave and actually enjoy feeding at that trough again and again.
It's a tough call.

Why should anybody respect a religion founded by a pedophile who repeatedy raped a 9 year old girl?
Why should I respect a religion that teaches it's 1.6 billion followers - from many races - that women are possessions of men who should beat them for disobedience?
Why should I respect a religion that is anti-semitic?
Why would any decent person respect a religion like that?

A "self-proclaimed" highly educated lawyer claiming Islam should be respected (but make sure you still disrespect fundamentalist Christians), then trying to make an argument that if you judge the crimes of the religious Idealology of Islam, you should judge it against the crimes of general population Atheists. Again failing to see that a religious ideaology can be judged separate from the individual. (she always fails to see that about fundamental Christians)
I guess Cofty is "unbalanced" because he disagrees with BOTR's self-proclaimed educated intelligent opinion. You want to see "balance" find & read BOTR's post about her auto accident. LOL

I am a one woman army , spreading reason. Cofty is a zealot. There is no room in his universe for other than his own belief. I must admit I like being around people who constantly give me praise. He is not the decider of truth. Cofty has seen many truths evident to him alone come and go. I expect he will see many more before his life ends.
He reminds me of my father and other jerks. Cofty did not used to be this way. Something happened that turned a rational atheist into a crusader. Evolution is a settled fact. Few people deny it. To crush all people, even believers in evolution itself, is bad form. This forum is tilting to the right and towards fascism. Fascism from the left or from scientists remains fascism.
To disparage a major religion is ridiculous and wrong. Fundamentally, untruths are being spread here. Lies about Islam. The Witnesses could write about how demonic Islam is with the same result.
