Bethel will not address the problem, because they do not want to own the problem. But, that doesn't mean that they haven't communicated with the CO and the Elders involved with your case. I'm confused. Was it you that was DF'd, or your husband?

What I suggest you do is put the recorded copy on you tube and let the public decide. No doubt if Wt want to take the matter further they can reference it from there. Sounds fair to me.

It's a hierarchy. The worst sin is to disagree with the elders, even when they are clearly wrong. It doesn't matter what you did or didn't do. This is a surprise to most JWs, who are led to believe you will only be disfellowshipped for very serious sin, and only when you refuse to express repentance. This couldn't be further from the truth. You can be disfellowshipped for anything or nothing, it all depends on the elders. Once the elders decide on your guilt, it's extremely unlikely you will get the disfellowshiping reversed. I believe Flipper was able to accomplish this, but I have heard of no others.

In JW Land you are guilty until proven innocent, and you will never be given a chance to prove your innocence.
