The EVIDENCE is in how well our body (and all living things) is formed, and all its many parts that function TOGETHER. Combined with ecosyatems that have what the body needs to live, the design is obvious, unless blinded by emotion.
OK. How specifically is that evidence of creation and not evolution? Connect the dots from creation to us and account for all the evidence for evolution and explain how that is really evidence for creation, including observed evolution, the extremely odd and poor functioning design of some of someforms of life, all the ways the universe can kill us and extinct homonids, to name a few. Also, You'll need to describe how this creation happened, your evidence for that, how long ago, etc.
The only reason we as homo sapiens can think and use are intelligence today is through biological evolution.
Biological evolution is about procreation and the needed evolution to survive to procreate.

As so many are telling you DocHouse, 'not chance'! It's the most common lie that creationists tell; "so-and-so is far too complex to have happened by chance therefore it must have been designed" - as if those are the only two choices.
It is nearly impossible to reason with someone who has no knowledge of the topic at hand - you bear the responsibility to educate yourself about the basics of evolution at least. Post stupid nonsense like that often and you will wear out the polite patience of many.

The evidence for evolution is overwhelming, your DNA is confirmation of evolution a hundred times over. How do you explain the existence of Neanderthals? They actually have Neanderthal DNA, in fact we all have a percentage or two of Neanderthal DNA. How do explain the dew claws of cattle? Entirely non functional digits that are there because at one time in their evolutionary history they had five digits, just as humans do. Two digits evolved with thick nails that eventually became hooves, an evolutionary advantage for grass eating mammals, the better to run on grassland. Why would God create redundant features?
The study of science is full of such examples. To stubbornly cling to creationism is to ignore the vast amount of evidence that exists, because you are afraid to fully consider the evidence. It's willful ignorance

The mistake you're making here is that, although you don't realize it, you're acting as if all these things were produced separately and just happen to line up by chance -- the environment, animals that live here, our individual body parts, etc. All kinds of life are part of an organic whole, forming alongside each other and as a part of the same planet's environment.
