if the child has no hope of survival without the feeding tube, maybe the parents do not want thier child to have such a low quality of life, suffereing a slow emotionally painful death, and painful for the parents too.

Im under the belief that one can leave a hospital or take thier child, any time they want, a hospital is a place for people to go for help willingly, it is not a law.

no one can keep yopu in a hospital,its not a jail .

time will tell. but My heart goes out to the family for all they will go through.

Meanwhile, Guy Canonici, the president of the Jehovah's Witnesses in France, has told Sky News he is doing all he can to locate the missing boy.

He said he had sent out a communique to over 1,000 Kingdom Halls (places of worship) to ask whether the King family had been in touch, and ask that they get in contact if they do.

He said so far no one has come forward with any information.

They are not going to get any help from the WTS , that is for sure. The broadcast said that the Bethel undertook to inform the U K Police if they heard anything. Quite right too.

Such a tragic story. hard for all concerned but it is good news the child has been found. This may provide some answers as to why the parents took the actions they did. It is a dreadful situation when a small child is facing such an awful illness.

This is a loving family that just want what's best for their little one. Doctors think they are gods! Why couldn't they have accomodated what the parents wanted, which was the best possible medical treatment there was. Is it because that treatment was in another country? This child is nothing to those doctors but he's everything to his parents! Now the parents are being hounded like criminals!
