Not sure how it became such an issue, but I've had pizzas at restaurants that cook in a 900 degree wood-fired brick oven, and a full-size pizza only took 70 seconds. It seems completely reasonable that a smaller one, perhaps with a little bit thinner crust or fewer toppings might only need 30ish seconds. Maybe a bit longer, but certainly the difference isn't enough to call BS on the idea that they might have such an oven at one bethel or another...

.
Cooking a mini pizza in 30 seconds isn`t out of the question..
Did you get a chance to taste it?..
I have a hard time believing the pizza dough will "crisp up" properly in that time period..
I would think the dough may be cooked but soggy/very moist..
Was the Pizza Dough properly cooked/Crispy?!
Another Question..
In a professional kitchen we`ll partially cook an item..Cool it..
Then use the last few minutes to finish cooking it,when its ordered up..
Did the Pizza`s look partially cooked?..
.
I`m intrigued by an oven that can properly bake a "raw pizza" in 30 seconds..
Even a mini pizza..Thats revolutionary..

traditionaloven.com actually states for some pizzas, no more than one and a half to two minutes and it's done. And yes, they come out with a crisp crust. They also do loaves of bread which is what they will really benefit from instead of using the kitchen. And it's a brother who has been asked to put them in. They are hoping to get them into most bethels. But at this bethel it was under thirty seconds.

I have specified many TurboChef ovens for installations like snack bars. It is a combination of microwave and convection oven. Requires high voltage (208/240 volt) service. They are amazing.
The model in the above ad is about $10,000+ but it does not require a class I hood or fire supression system, a huge $ saving.

This goes back to there is a per publisher cost added to the overall cost of the assembly.
Since the circuit seems to always send any bank balance/excess funds to WT, and the elders always vote to send several thousand dollars to WT every assembly, the "per publisher" charge is almost moot. The way WT has things arranged, beginning and ending any assembly with a deficit is business as usual and there's simply no arrangement for carrying a surplus of funds to be applied toward the next convention.
I wish JWs would begin to vote with their wallets and just quit donating...
