The answer I got, mid 90s, was that a reverse transition would be expected. I know of one person who was studying who was expected to stop their transition but eventually realised they needed to bail for their own sanity.

The answer I got, mid 90s, was that a reverse transition would be expected - when I was an unbaptised publisher, I asked the brother who was studying with me and he gave me the same answer. The transgendered individual would have to have a reverse transition to qualify for baptism. This also was in the mid 90s.

I guess there's only one way to find out the current view for 2015, I'm gonna have to call up an elder and ask what their view is today.

Their brains have atrophied too much which is what results when you are in a cult too long.

he would have to live as a man

He would also be baptized as a man (whatever the hell that means - I guess they get to go first or something)

I think there's a bit in the elder's book about it.

Reversal was what I was told about a transgender study. So if a woman has had a tubal lilgation or a man a vasectomy and they want to get baptized...does it have to be reversed?
