An absolutely remarkable reply. I agree that he will soon be here or maybe he is already among us. What foolish, foolish leaders to let themselves be reduced to such mindlessness. When the whole framework of everything they have built their life upon comes crashing down on them, how embarrassing it will have been to have held out to the bitter end.

The machinations of the Devil, how much better than to target the elders, they can effect a lot more of the congregations than I can. Not that some elders have not abused their positions and hurt people, but to look on the elder body as a whole for this vile epidemic is not fair. If they would stop and reason on things and take it to Jehovah in prayer they might see it more clearly. Man's actions do not negate the truths of the Bible.Persecution has to have some reason...political or otherwise. So there is no reason to be shocked, we have been talking about these times forever, we are going to have to take our stand on Jehovah's side. What do we think that means? Jehovah says the sky is blue and the world says its red. It's not going to be that simple of a stand. Things are going to get worse.
Our brothers had a very hard time several years ago with political cards. They only cost 25 cents, however, they were issued by the government. Without one you could not buy food, so many, many of our brothers had to flee the country to be able to live with Christian neutrality. We will see very hard times before this is over.
We are going to appear to be in a helpless condition when gog attacks, that doesn't mean that people are going to just not like us, it means real persecution.
It will appear that Jehovah has forgotten us for the time, but then it will be like his eyeball being touched when he takes action for his people.
Jehovah left Jesus for that instant to let him prove his faithfulness as he took the sins of the world upon himself. That is why Christ cried out, My God, My God, why have you forsaken me...Matthew 27:46.
This is little compared to what is to come. I don't mean that the issue of child molestation is little...that is HUGE, I just mean that the first public thing against us in this way.
So, brothers and sisters, we need to be ready to make a defense to those who ask us about this and always remember to have compassion and empathy towards those that have had this horrible, evil crime committed against them.
We must make our choice now to walk away or stand firm and watch the salvation of Jehovah.
And for those that have suffered at the hands of evil men, I know in my heart Jehovah will heal them and take care of matters for them.
If this post offends anyone, that was not my intent. It was to be upbuilding and encouraging. We must endure to the end.

Until after Armageddon, and mankind reaches further towards the perfection that will be, we are going to have problems, like this, and others.
Satan is having his heyday right now, too, and happy to have the opportunity to smear Jehovah's people in any way he can.As with the Jewish system of things, before it's all over, Jehovah will clean out his house FIRST.
If there are really child molestors among Jehovah's people, they will not stay there, but will be brought out in the open and disfellowshipped.
But...that still does not mean that apostate-JW's involved in charges like this are not lying.

It's not persecution to be ostracized or punished for YOUR OWN MISDEEDS. It is plain and simple justice. And if it is meted out by the 'authority', it is also scriptural.
I've been expecting a cry of 'persecution' over some of their own 'dirt' coming out in the open. Frankly, it doesn't count.

(Other then just a few of the JW's on that AOL board) they are crying persecution and even comparing their trials to Christ on the Cross.
I think I've seen everything now! I am thinking of putting together a David Lettermen type Top 10 List of Excuses the JW's use to clear Watchtower .. or something to that effect I have too many competing for the top spot so it's hard to choose. The old tried and true one "those who were caught molesting were not real JW's" That's always a favorite to use.
Today it has jumped over the persecution Dateline to an all out conspiracy and the internet it out to get them. (Run Forrest Run!)

I have a theory, and if I were a betting person....Since the internet has become popular and so widely used, the apostate-JW's worldwide have begun a hate campaign that is unrivaled in their traitorous history.
The internet has served them well and enabled them to be way more organized than ever before.
Of what surprise then is it, if the most popular and handiest reason to hate any religion or anyone pops up and then is liberally applied to our faith; that latest reason for hate being child abuse.Public opinion will always be hot concerning issues like child abuse, just as it is in issues of abortion and other moral and ethical questions.
The admitted and/or proven crimes of some disfellowshipped persons and the alleged crimes of others serves as a handy tool to attempt to drive a wedge in public opinion against Jehovah's Witnesses as a group.Apostates are preying upon the admitted weaknesses of a few and embellishing them, blaming the whole association with as yet unproven accusations, simply because we strive harder than other organized religious groups to follow the Bible's counsel in all things, including the witnessing of wrongdoing
Several of the people who participate on the AOL critical discussion of Jehovah's Witnesses were never JW's and are not buying into the hogwash. They are looking worse every excuse and it's not going to wash with the public either. If this is a sample of how the majority are going to respond they might as well hang up the door to door. The public is not going to accept "persecution" as a reasonable answer. It's a cop out and part of the problem not the solution. They just can't put down the kleenex's long enough to look at how foolish they sound! It never ceases to amaze me that no matter what it is, they always try to turn it around and make it all about them without the slightest regard to the victims.
