Precisely because, as Nanoprobe points out, women are unaware of the pervasive `good ole boy'' mentality among elders, your suggestion about turning the adminstration of the congregation over to the women is an excellent one.
Speaking as a former elder, I'm convinced this would remedy a lot of what's wrong with my local congregation, in which power-tripping elders behave more like the Alpha males in a pack of baboons than like compassionate shepherds of God's flock. Several of the females in our midst are far more qualified for the task than even the most able of the men currently in the job.

All of us who have finally seen the WTBTS for what it really is - a power crazy religious publishing company and nothing more- know that many of us had harboured doubts on varied things in the past but there was something that finally set us free mentally.
That something is differant for each one of us but it finally allowed us the mental and emotional freedom to step back and really look at this arrogant empire.
