Spice, it seems like I have very similar views to yours... Agnostic Paganism sounds about right =) When I think in terms of "deities," I call them Mother Earth & Father Sky, but it's not like I consider the "faces" I put on the divine to be universal, or like I really "believe in" these particular ones as being *the* true creators/deities/whatever. Every once in awhile I'll do a ritual, but not that often. I've looked into a lot of Pagan religions, but when all is said & done, I know I'll never be in an organized religion again! None of that scene makes sense to me anymore... Like Sentinel said,

I explore the information available, and take what I need from it, and let the rest be.

    And as Pinocchio said,

There are no strings on ME!

Wild Turkey, tyydyy, or anyone who can answer this question for me, what is deism about? Seems like I recall hearing that Thomas Jefferson was a deist. Just curious.

    Spicey,

Im confused but consider myself very spiritual. I will never trust another religious organization as long as I live, I know that much. I think my problem is that I really want and need to believe in something. I would feel pretty empty if I believed that there was nothing after this life. Not that its wrong to believe that but I guess I just dont want to go through life feeling that way.

I'm sure I,m part of whatever is, yet i cannot define it. If you pigeonhole me into declaring what i am, I would probably say "in awe"

I consider myself a student. The moment I even dare to think that I know the answers to anything, anyone and everyone is welcome to smack me upside the head. To put yourself in a catergory of "christian" "agnostic" "athiest" in my opinion means you have stopped looking and stopped trying. You've settled, and found yourself a comfortable label.

But that again I am young pup...what the hell do I know?
