I never liked it when my stepfather used to tell me to do as he said and not as he did, and also not to question his authority. He'd just beat the shit out of me and I was supposed to bow down and take it. A God of love should be about nothing BUT love. And if he has a different meaning of love than we do, then why weren't we told about it?
It goes back to my old question. If God cannot create evil and there is no evil in Him, where did it come from? He created ALL.......EVERYTHING....logic follows that he had to create evil too. Or did it just spontaneously "combust" out of some small atom?

Good point, April. Why couldn't God just have created love and everything good and just let it go at that. I can't see how being full of love and happiness would make me a puppet like the jws teach.
